Every once in a while you taste something that kind of blows your mind. In recent years, there's become a huge culture of experimenting with coffee fermentations - temperature, time, inoculating with yeasts, fermenting with other fruits and a whole bunch of stuff we don't even fully understand. In contrast, sometimes the most simple, clean fermentations of high potential varieties like Gesha can yield incredible coffees that would blow your mind. Some of these expensive coffees are weird, some of them are really bad... and some of them are out of this world!
With the Galaxy box, we aim to bring you small drops of really fantastic coffees, from clean, bright Gesha's, to Funky Colombian Co-Ferments, there will always be something interesting to try. These coffees will only be for a very limited time and the price will fluctuate from lot to lot.
